Sometimes, God also reacts to our actions! A Chinese man got struck by lightning, right after he swore to God that he didn't owe money to a neighbour.
Xu, the man, made the oath in front of a crowd of neighbours in Fuqing city, China. He vowed that he had never borrowed money from Mr Huang, who claimed that Xu borrowed 500 yuan (about $20) from him.
"He borrowed 500 yuan three years ago from me for a friend's marriage gift, but he has denied it ever since then," said Huang, who went to Xu's home to demand payment.
Huang told that he would wave the debt if Xu dared to swear to God that he never borrowed money. Xu made the oath, but a minute later he was suddenly struck by lightning. It was like immediate reply from God.
He was immediately taken to a local hospital, where doctors confirmed that he had been hit by lightning. Well, Xu is safe and now expected to make a full recovery.
