Adolf Hitler returns to Germany! A restored wax figure of Adolf Hitler has returned to Madame Tussauds's Berlin branch, two months after it was beheaded by an angry visitor. Now, the wax figure of Adolf Hitler can be viewed sitting at a desk in a replica of his bunker, where he committed suicide in 1945. Well, for security reasons, museum visitors will be kept away from the replica.
The Berlin branch of Madame Tussaud's museum was opened in July, even after it had sparked hot debate in Germany because of the Hitler replica. Many critics argued that the decision to display the replica of Adolf Hitler was not appropriate. So, minutes after the museum was opened, a 41-year-old German demonstrator ripped off the head of the wax model of the Nazi leader.
On the other hand, Madame Tussaud's defended its display of the wax figure by saying Adolf Hitler as an important part of German history. And to avoid any future attacks, the wax figure has been put behind a glass screen. Picture: AP
