Earlier this week, a Boeing 747 aeroplane split into two pieces while trying to take off from Belgium's Brussels Airport. Take a look at the picture above. Luckily the plane did not catch fire and the four crew members escaped without any major injuries.
The plane is owned by Kalitta Air, a cargo carrier based at Willow Run Airport near Ypsilanti, Michigan, and was on a scheduled flight to Bahrain. It was not yet clear what caused the crash.
