The Buzzball

Take a look at the red ball in the picture above. This is Buzzball, an interesting product to play around. Wait, this is not like ordinary bikes or vehicles. The Buzzball delivers a thrill like no other interactive ride can, where the pilot has the power to create their own unique ride experience. The Buzzball is a future product that is right now in development.

At the heart of the Buzzball is a dual motor configuration, enabling the pilot to control the motion and direction of travel via left and right control triggers, which provides power to the driving wheels. The amount of power applied to each wheel will determine the direction the Buzzball moves. Powering one wheel will spin the pod and pilot on it's axis around the inside of the ball changing the direction of travel. If power is applied equally to both wheels the pod will rear up as the wheels climb up the face of the ball forcing the ball to rotate around the pod and powering the Buzzball forward. Link

Light from the Coma Cluster takes hundreds of millions of years to reach earth.

Most galaxies in Coma and other clusters are ellipticals, although some are spirals. The central region of Coma Cluster is dominated by two giant elliptical galaxies: NGC 4874 and NGC 4889. Both dwarf, as well as giant ellipticals, are found in abundance in the Coma Cluster. NASA

Sheep Advertising!

Take a look at the picture above. Back in 2006, Hotels.nl, an online hotel reservation company in Netherlands used the sheep for outdoor advertising. They displayed their logo on royal blue waterproof blankets worn by sheep. The company sponsored about 144 sheep in flocks throughout the country and spend 1 Euro per day per ship. It was a creative idea. But, I think that using animals as advertising billboards may not be an acceptable idea for all. What you think about it?

I love Cufflinks

I love to dress well. Though, I am not a big fan of formal dresses, I love to wear a formal when attending business meetings. By formal I mean, shirt and trouser with perfect matching tie. When I wear a formal dress, normally I avoid chains or other jewelery. But, I never forget to use the cufflink. Yes, cufflink. For me, it is not just a part of the regular clothing accessories, but a part of my style statement.

I love cufflinks and I have a good collection of cufflinks with different styles. Whenever I go for shopping in a new place, I love to buy cufflinks. So, I have a pretty good collection. Food, Vitamins and Your Health

Vitamins are essential for a healthy body. That's why we must know about the amount of vitamin necessary to take per day. The majority of people actually refer to nutrients when they use the word vitamin and food manufacturers are aware that a person is looking at minerals and other items when they are considering their good food health vitamin intake. So, the food health vitamin intake amounts of certain foods are included in the nutritional labelling. This labelling is meaningful for a person to toss around and helps confirm that they are taking the correct food health vitamin intake from the foods that they eat. The nutritional information is often represented as a percentage of the recommended daily allowance of each vitamin and mineral and can help assess the value of the foods in the quest for good food health vitamin intake.

There are also a number of items that a person may want to restrict in their diet as part of their good food vitamin intake program. Again, the nutritional labelling of certain foods can help a person to see how high a product is in these undesirable contents. Salt and fat, for example, may be items that a person wants to consider limiting as part of their good food health vitamin intake even though they are not strictly vitamins. Fiber is another element that many people are more aware of as forming an essential part of a balanced diet and is necessary for good food health vitamin intake.

If you are on a restricted diet for any reason then you need to pay even more attention to the vitamin intake. Obviously, some foods contain different nutrients to others and this is applicable to vitamins as well and it may be more difficult for a person to achieve their good food health vitamin intake if they are unable to eat certain foods. Vitamin supplements can form an essential part of a good food health vitamin intake for people who are unable to obtain their vitamins from their normal diet.

Also keep it on your mind that the good food health vitamin intake for a person varies throughout their life depending on their general health. So, decide it yourself how much you need to take and go for good nutritious foods that contains enough vitamin to supplement your daily needs.

Trouble : World's Richest Dog

This is 'Trouble', the World's richest dog. How? New York hotel billionaire Leona Helmsley (in the pictures above), left £6million for Trouble after her death. Mrs Helmsley stated it on her will. She had a soft spot for her dog and also mentioned on her will that the dog must be buried next to her in Helmsley mausoleum.

But relatives of Mrs Helmsley challenged the will and succeeded in reducing the dog's inheritance to just £1m. Judge Renee Roth, of the Manhattan Surrogate Court, accepted a settlement between Mrs Helmsley's heirs and the New York State Attorney General's office. The deal awarded £3m to Mrs Helmsley's two grandchildren who had been cut out of her will due to some unknown reasons.

Carl Lekic, the general manager of a Helmsley hotel in Florida is the new caretaker of Trouble. He said that £1m would be enough money to pay for the dog's maintenance and welfare at the highest standards of care for more than 10 years. The money would cover annual costs of £50,000 for full-time security, £4,000 for grooming and £600 for food. He will be paid a £30,000 annual guardian fee under the terms of the inheritance. Link

Do you think that our World is a safer place to live? I don't think so. In fact, our World is a dying planet with lots of sins like deadliest, infectious diseases. So, how can we call it safe? Today we are alive on this planet only because of the hard work of thousands of researchers around the World. New Spacesuits for Astronauts

NASA has chosen a new contractor to build it's new spacesuits for the post-space shuttle Constellation program. The current space shuttle fleet will retire in 2010, and the Constellation missions are set to begin in 2015. The current spacesuits used by spacewalking astronauts were designed for floating in weightlessness, not walking on the moon. So, to build new spacesuits for use in the future space missions, NASA has chosen Oceaneering International Inc of Houston.

Oceaneering International Inc defeated a bid by Exploration Systems and Technology, a joint venture of current lead spacesuit contractors United Technologies Corp's Hamilton Sundstrand of Windsor Locks, Connecticut, and ILC Dover of Frederica, Delaware. The contract, worth up to $745 million, includes design, testing, evaluation and production of two types of spacesuits. One would be worn by astronauts traveling on NASA's new Orion spaceships and be used for emergency spacewalks, and another for astronauts working on the lunar surface.
