Queen Elizabeth II among world's most glamorous women

The Queen is new Style Icon! Queen Elizabeth II has been named alongside supermodels Kate Moss and Naomi Campbell as one of the world's most glamorous women by British Vogue magazine.

Vogue said in its December "glamour" edition that the 81-year-old monarch was "as glamorous in her brogues and headscarf in Balmoral (her Scottish Highland retreat) as she is wearing the crown jewels".

"Glamour is about how you wear something, not about what you wear," it added, identifying the queen's "USP" -- or unique selling point -- as her jewels.

The Queen will elebrate 60 years of marriage to her husband Prince Philip later this month and next month becomes the oldest reigning monarch in British history.
