When 3000 chickens crosses the road

This is a chick affair! The A80 heading towards Glasgow was shut for more than eight hours as 3000 chickens were crossing the road and police were trying to catch them. This mess occoured when a lorry, full of live chickens crashed on A80, one of the busiest motorways in Scotland. After the accident, the crates of chickens were scattered along the side of the road and chickens started to roam around. This caused mayhem - and long traffic jams - for many motorists. Link
