Russia will construct new Island

After Dubai, Russia is going for big construction projects. The Russian government has presented the model of an artificial island that will be raised from the Black Sea waters near Sochi coast. They are targeting 2014 for completion of the project. The shape of the island resembles a miniature Russia. Take a look at the images. This new man-made island will be called 'The Federation'. Link
