This is Cathie Jung, a 70-years-old from Conneticut, U.S.A. She has worn tight-fitting corsets for years to become the woman with the world's smallest waist. Now, she has a tiny waist which measures just 15in (38cm). Look at the picture. She is also known as 'The Queen of Corsets'.
